Here’s 9 very quick fitness/health tips to start doing immediately: Oh and by the way…these things work great everyday!
1) Drink half your body weight in ounces with water and one “fun” drink daily.
2) Wear shoes that allow your foot to move, not be restricted.
3) Sleep! No excuses…if you are not getting sound sleep,
address that issue immediately.
4) All the nutrition info you ever need is summed-up in 3 words:
Eat Real Food.
5) Don’t stretch muscles…mobilize (move) your joints.
6) Don’t run long distances slowly if fat loss is your goal.
Do short explosive intervals (jump rope, run hills, burpees, etc.)
7) Get off treadmills, Bosu balls, wobble boards, and anything
else unstable. These are gimmicks that don’t have great science supporting them for training methods.
Take a great multivitamin. I recommend Prograde
9) Pray, meditate, or have some quiet time with your thoughts.
Worry and stress are killers and these can be calmed with a
relaxing prayerful walk.
There are nine healthy things for you to do and I didn’t even
mention push-ups or squats!
